A comforting and cheesy casserole made with potatoes, chicken, and broccoli, perfect for a hearty meal.

How to make Cheesy Baked Potato, Chicken, and Broccoli Casserole

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper to the mixture.

  2. You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for this recipe.
