How to make Stir-Fried Chicken with Vegetables
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over moderate heat.
Sauté chicken strips until golden in color.
Remove chicken strips from the wok.
Place all vegetables in the wok and sauté for 5 minutes without browning.
Add garlic and ginger to the vegetables.
Add soya sauce, oyster sauce, and old brown to the wok.
Return the chicken to the wok and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with rice.
