    oil
  • 1piece
    chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2piece
    white onion, sliced
  • 1/2piece
    red pepper, julienned
  • 1/2piece
    green pepper, julienned
  • 1/2piece
    yellow pepper, julienned
  • 1piece
    carrot, julienned
  • 1piece
    baby marrow, julienned
  • 1/4piece
    cabbage, chiffonade
  • 1clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2piece
    ginger, finely chopped
  • 15mL
    soya sauce
  • 15mL
    oyster sauce
  • 15mL
    old brown
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1pinch
    pepper

How to make Stir-Fried Chicken with Vegetables

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over moderate heat.

  2. Sauté chicken strips until golden in color.

  3. Remove chicken strips from the wok.

  4. Place all vegetables in the wok and sauté for 5 minutes without browning.

  5. Add garlic and ginger to the vegetables.

  6. Add soya sauce, oyster sauce, and old brown to the wok.

  7. Return the chicken to the wok and mix well.

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Serve hot with rice.
