Ingredients
- 1cupfresh or frozen Strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 1cupfresh or frozen Mango (diced)
- 3/4cupplain Yogurt
- 1/2cupMilk
- 2tbspHoney (adjust to taste)
- 1/2tspCardamom Powder
- Ice cubes
- Roasted Cumin Powder for garnish
- Chopped Pistachios for garnish
- Lemon wedges
- 1tbspSugar for rimming
How to make Strawberry Mango Smoothie
Combine strawberries, mango, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom powder in a blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again. If using frozen fruits, omit the ice cubes.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
Before serving, glide a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim into sugar for a delightful sweetness with every sip.
