How to make Spiced Lamb Chops

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lamb chops, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, curd, and 2 tbsp oil.

  2. Mix well and rub the spices into the lamb chops.

  3. Cover the bowl and marinate the lamb chops for 30-40 minutes.

  4. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.

  5. Place the lamb chops in the pan and sear them for 3-4 minutes each side.

  6. Lower the heat, cover with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes more or until they are cooked to your preference.

  7. Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from the pan and place them on a platter.

  8. Serve them hot with mint or coriander chutney and some salad leaves.
