Ingredients
- 20store-bought Golgappas
- 3/4cupBoneless Chicken (boiled and shredded)
- 1cupBell Peppers (red, green, yellow) (finely chopped)
- 1cupCabbage (shredded)
- 1tbspHot Chilli Sauce
- 1/2cupMayonnaise
- 1tspSalt
- 1tspRed Chilli Flakes
- 1tspOregano
- 1tspBlack pepper powder
- 3/4cupCheese (grated)
How to make Pizza Golgappa
Combine shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, shredded cabbage, hot chilli sauce, salt, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and grated cheese in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Make a small hole in the centre of each golgappa.
Stuff a tbsp of the prepared chicken stuffing into each golgappa.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the stuffed golgappas.
Preheat the oven/air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
Bake the golgappas in the preheated oven/air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot.
Tips & Tricks
Adjust the spice levels and seasonings according to your taste.
Instead of using chicken, you can prepare this recipe using paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and vegetables.
The number of servings for this recipe may vary depending on the portion size served.
