  • 2cup
    Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1tbsp
    Oil
  • Water as required

For Filling

  • 4

  • 2tbsp
    chopped Nuts (Pistachios/Cashews/Almonds)
  • 1/4tsp
    Cardamom Powder
  • 1pinch
    Cinnamon powder
  • 1pinch
    Salt
  • Ghee for brushing on parathas

How to make Gulab Jamun Paratha

For Dough

  1. Mix whole wheat flour in a bowl, gradually adding water until, firm dough forms.

  2. Apply oil to the dough, cover it, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

For Filling

  2. Add chopped nuts, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix well and set aside.

  3. Divide the dough into balls, and roll each into a small disc.

  4. Brush ghee on the rolled dough, place stuffing in the centre, fold the edges to cover, and gently roll into a circular shape.
