    Burfi
  • 1cup
    chilled Curd
  • 1/2cup
    chilled Milk/Water
  • 1/8tsp
    Cardamom Powder
  • 1/8tsp
    Salt
  • 2tbsp
    sliced Nuts to garnish
  • Ice cubes as needed

How to make Burfi Lassi

  1. In a blender, combine the Burfi pieces, chilled curd, chilled milk or water, cardamom powder and salt.

  4. Pour the lassi into serving glasses and garnish with sliced or chopped nuts and some crumbled burfi.

  5. Serve the Burfi Lassi chilled.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can prepare the Burfi Lassi in advance and store it in the refrigerator. .

  2. For the best flavour, chill the lassi for at least 2 hours before serving.

  3. You can use water instead of milk; milk adds creaminess.

  4. No sugar is added in this recipe since the Burfi is naturally sweet. Adjust the sweetness with sugar or sweetener to your taste.

  5. You can also use any leftover Burfi to make this Lassi.
