    coconut milk
  • 3tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1tsp
    butter
  • 1/3cup
    sugar
  • 2
    drops vanilla essence
  • 3clove
    cardamom
  • 1dash
    treacle

How to make Vegan Coconut Milk Pudding

  1. Combine sugar, butter, cardamom, and cornstarch.

  2. Ensure there are no lumps of cornstarch.

  3. Heat the mixture on low flame and stir until it reaches a thick consistency.

  4. Once thickened, transfer the pudding into a bowl and let it cool down. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  5. While serving, add treacle for extra sweetness and flavor on top of the pudding.
