- 2cupscoconut milk
- 3tbspcornstarch
- 1tspbutter
- 1/3cupsugar
- 2drops vanilla essence
- 3clovecardamom
- 1dashtreacle
How to make Vegan Coconut Milk Pudding
Combine sugar, butter, cardamom, and cornstarch.
Ensure there are no lumps of cornstarch.
Heat the mixture on low flame and stir until it reaches a thick consistency.
Once thickened, transfer the pudding into a bowl and let it cool down. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
While serving, add treacle for extra sweetness and flavor on top of the pudding.
Tips & Tricks
Make sure to stir continuously to avoid lumps.
You can substitute vanilla essence with cardamom for a different flavor.
