A refreshing dessert made with sago pearls, jelly, and milk, served chilled.

- 1/2cupsago/tapioca pearls
- 1 1/2cuphot water
- 1packet jelly
- 2cupmilk
- 1/2cupsugar
How to make Sago Jelly Drink Dessert
Rinse the sago once.
Boil the sago for 5 minutes until it becomes transparent.
Drain the excess water from the cooked sago.
Prepare the jelly by dissolving the jelly packet powder into hot water. Refrigerate until it sets.
Once the jelly is set, cut it into small cubes.
Boil the milk with sugar and let it cool down.
Once the milk is cool, add the cooked sago and jelly pieces.
Add some ice cubes and serve chilled.

Ensure the sago is fully cooked and transparent before draining.
