- 500gpeanuts
- 1tbspsugar or jaggery
- 1pinchsalt
How to make Homemade Peanut Butter
Roast the peanuts on low heat until they are slightly roasted.
Transfer the roasted peanuts into a mixer or food processor.
Grind the peanuts until they turn into a smooth paste.
Add the salt and sugar to enhance the taste.
Once the mixture is a smooth paste, transfer it into an airtight container.
Store it in the refrigerator for long-term use.
Tips & Tricks
For a chunkier texture, reserve some peanuts and add them back after grinding the rest into a paste.
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar or jaggery.
