    dates
  • 250mL
    milk

How to make Date Milkshake

  1. Clean the dates and remove the seeds. Set aside.

  2. Boil the milk.

  3. Blend the dates with some water or milk until smooth.

  4. Strain the milk and add the remaining hot milk to the blended date mixture.
