  • 1/2kg
    ground beef
  • 1/4cup
    onion, diced
  • 1tsp
    salt

    paprika

Sauce

  • 1/4cup
    mayo
  • 2tsp
    mustard
  • 1tbsp
    ketchup
  • 2tbsp
    chopped pickles

Buns and Cheese

  • 6piece
    Hawaiian rolls
  • 6
    slices American cheese
  • 1/4cup
    garlic butter

How to make The Perfect Sliders for Game Day

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.

  3. Add the diced onion, salt, cumin, pepper, and paprika to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Assembly

  1. In a bowl, mix together the mayo, mustard, ketchup, and chopped pickles.

  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.

  3. Spread the sauce mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
