Tiramisu Base

    large egg yolks
  • 16oz
    mascarpone
  • 1/2cup
    heavy cream
  • 1/4cup

Strawberry Milk

  • 2tbsp
    strawberry puree
  • 1/2cup
    milk

For Dusting and Garnish

  • 1dash
    crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1tbsp
    strawberry jam
  • fresh strawberries

How to make Strawberry Wafer Tiramisu

Prepare the Tiramisu

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.

  2. Add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.

Assemble the Tiramisu
