    stalks green onions

    spinach
  • 2tbsp
    chive cream cheese
  • 1cup
    feta
  • 1/4cup
    mozzarella cheese

    sesame seeds

How to make Spanakopita

Preparation

  1. Cut the green onions, separating the whites and greens.

  2. Add oil to a pot and sauté the whites of the onion along with the spinach until the spinach is reduced.

  3. Transfer the cooked mixture to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients, including the green parts of the onion.

Cooking
