    pack Gyoza/potsticker wrappers

  • 2tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1tsp
    chili oil

How to make Smash Gyoza

Prepare the Filling

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped chives, minced garlic, grated ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and white pepper. Mix well.

  2. Take a gyoza wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
