- 13/3 cup flour
- 2tbspoats
- 3tbspmelted butter
- 14/4 cup sugar
Icing
- 12/4 cup powdered sugar
- 11-2 tbsp milk
- 14/4 tsp vanilla extract
For Serving
- 1cupmilk or heavy cream
