    flour

    curry powder
  • 1tsp
    turmeric

    ground beef
  • 1piece
    green bell pepper
  • 3
    cloves garlic

    ketchup
  • 1tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4cup
    breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1cup
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How to make Easy Jamaican Beef Patties in Scallion Pancakes

Prepare the Scallion Pancake Dough

  1. Mix flour and spices together.

  2. Add boiling water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

  3. Add cold water to form a dough ball.

  4. Knead the dough and set aside.

  5. Cut and separate the white and green parts of the green onions.

  6. Heat oil in a pan and add the white part of the green onion.

Prepare the Filling

  1. Sauté the ground beef, green bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, and breadcrumbs together.
