  2. What type of chocolate should I use for the chopped chocolate bar?

You can use any type of chocolate you prefer, such as milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or even a mix. Choose a chocolate that you enjoy eating, as it will enhance the flavor of the cookies.

  3. How can I store leftover Brown Butter Caramel Cookie Croissants?

Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. You can also refrigerate them for longer freshness, but they may lose some of their crunch.

  4. Can I make the cookie dough ahead of time?

Yes, you can prepare the cookie dough ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Just make sure to let it come to room temperature before scooping it onto the croissants.

  5. What can I substitute for the egg in this recipe?

You can use a flax egg (1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed mixed with 2.5 tablespoons of water) or 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce as an egg substitute for a vegan option.
