Prepare masala paste
Take mixi jar, Ginjer, garlics, jeerige menasu, pudina leaves, one chopped tomato are put into mixi jar and blend it.
Prepare tomato biryani
Take a cooker, add oil and warm it after that add cinnamon,chakra moggu,pulav leaves, green chillies,kasturi methi,onion,soaked avre kaalu, one chopped tomato & add some salt , turmeric powder fry it well. After that add previously prepared masala paste,some water & then add red chilli powder, pepper powder mix it well after that add jeera rice and water, mix it then add some coriander leaves and close the lid after 3 whistle the tasty spicy tomato rice/ tomato biryani is ready to taste.
