Chicken Wings

    chicken wings
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 1/4tsp
    ground black pepper

    oyster sauce
  • 1tbsp
    Chinese Shaoxing Wine

  • 1/2cup
    corn starch
  • 1/2cup
    tapioca starch

    pumpkin seeds
  • some cooking oil

Honey Butter Sauce

  • 3tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 2clove
    garlic
  • 1/4cup
    white or brown sugar
  • 2tsp
    soy sauce
  • 2tsp
    honey

  1. Put all the chicken wings in a bowl and toss in the ground black pepper and salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
