- 1tbspChinese Shaoxing Wine

- 1/2cupcorn starch
- 1/2cuptapioca starch
- 1tspbaking powder
- 3tbsppumpkin seeds
- some cooking oil
Honey Butter Sauce
- 3tbspunsalted butter
- 2clovegarlic
- 1/4cupwhite or brown sugar
- 2tspsoy sauce

How to make Sticky Honey Chicken Wings with Pumpkin Seeds
Put all the chicken wings in a bowl and toss in the ground black pepper and salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Add the starch, flour, and baking powder to the bowl with the cracked egg. Mix until all chicken wings are well coated. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Heat up some cooking oil in a wok. Add the chicken wings and fry for 4-5 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
