- 1medium-size red flesh dragon fruit
- 1medium size mango
- 1cupfreshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2cupplain yogurt

How to make Dragon fruit mango orange smoothie
- Peel and cut the dragon fruit and mango into small pieces.
- In a Thermomix blender, combine all the ingredients except yogurt and puree until smooth. You can add a little honey if you want it sweeter.
- Pour into serving glasses or jars, then pour in the yogurt into the smoothie , stir well and serve right away. You may refrigerate it or serve it cold with lots of ice. ENJOY!!
