These no-bake Date Snack Balls are a tasty and healthy treat that's perfect for snacking on the go! The chia seeds add an extra boost of omega-3s and fiber.

- 1cuppitted dates
- 1/2cupcreamy peanut butter
- 1/4cuphoney
- 1/4cuprolled oats
- 1/4cupchopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1/4cupchopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
- 1/4tspsalt
- 1tbspchia seeds (optional)
How to make Date Snack Balls
In a food processor or blender, combine the dates, peanut butter, and honey. Process until smooth and creamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, chocolate, nuts, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Add the date mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
Use your hands to shape the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. You should end up with around 12-15 balls.
Place the chia seeds (if using) in a small bowl. Roll each ball into the chia seeds to coat, pressing the seeds onto the balls to help them stick.
Place the Date Snack Balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
