How to make Tikka Pieces
Mix the chicken with tikka powder masala, whole spices powder, salt, kachri powder, carom seed, minced garlic, oil, red chilli powder, and yogurt in a bowl
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well.
Let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the barbecue grill.
Grill the marinated chicken pieces until they are cooked through and have a nice char, turning occasionally.
Tips & Tricks
For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
You can also cook the chicken in an oven if a barbecue grill is not available.
