What you need

  • 1tbsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 2
    crushed garlic cloves
  • 1tbsp
    finely chopped lemon grass or 1 tbs ready jarred
  • 2tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/4cup
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1can
    coconut cream
  • 3cups
    chicken broth
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 1tsp
    cayenne pepper optional
  • 2cups
    raw tagliatelle
  • 2cups
    raw sliced mushrooms
  • 2sprigs
    sliced of green onions
  • 1tsp
    turmeric

For Garnish

  • Chopped coriander

How to make Tagliatelle Lemongrass Soup

What to do

  1. In a deep pot add the sesame oil and heat for one minute

  2. Add ginger, lemongrass , garlic , turmeric, salt and cayenne pepper . Toast for I minute .

  3. Add lemon juice, coconut cream and chicken stock . Mix well .

  4. Add mushrooms and raw pasta. Cook for ten minutes.

  5. Add onions at the last minute .

  6. Sprinkle with the coriander and serve
