- 2cupsraw tagliatelle
- 2cupsraw sliced mushrooms
- 2sprigssliced of green onions
- 1tspturmeric

- Chopped coriander
How to make Tagliatelle Lemongrass Soup
What to do
In a deep pot add the sesame oil and heat for one minute
Add ginger, lemongrass , garlic , turmeric, salt and cayenne pepper . Toast for I minute .
Add lemon juice, coconut cream and chicken stock . Mix well .
Add mushrooms and raw pasta. Cook for ten minutes.
Add onions at the last minute .
Sprinkle with the coriander and serve
