  • 1piece
    ripe bel fruit (wood apple)
  • 3cups
    water
  • 2tbsp
    jaggery or sugar
  • 1pinch
    black salt
  • 1cup
    ice cubes

How to make Refreshing Bel Juice

  1. Break the hard shell of the bel fruit using a hammer or a heavy object.

  2. Scoop out the pulp into a bowl using a spoon.

  3. Add 3 cups of water to the bowl containing the pulp and let it soak for 15-20 minutes to soften the fibers.

  4. Mash the pulp in the water using your hands to extract the juice. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds and fibers, leaving you with smooth bel juice.

  5. Add jaggery or sugar to the strained juice and stir well until completely dissolved. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
