How to make Kids Special 2 Minutes Paratha
Whisk whole wheat flour, Honey,milk with Egg
Heat a pan and add 1 tsp ghee.
Pour batter as required for 1 paratha.
Add more ghee on the paratha.
Cook it on low flame, then flip it to cook the other side.
For more taste, you can add khoya in the milk.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the batter is thick enough to hold its shape when poured onto the pan.
Cook on low flame to ensure the paratha is cooked through without burning.
