    vegetable oil
  • 1piece
    onion, chopped into rings
  • 1piece
    ginger, crushed
  • 3clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1piece
    ripe tomato, chopped and diced
  • 1tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1/2tsp
    garam masala
  • 1/2tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2tsp
    turmeric
  • 1tbsp
    tomato sauce
  • 1tbsp
    salt

    eggs
  • 1/2tsp
    chilli pepper
  • 1piece
    green pepper, chopped and diced

How to make Quick Meal with Smoked Sausages

  1. Slice the smoked sausages.

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan, add the sausages, and fry until golden brown.

  3. In a separate saucepan, heat the remaining vegetable oil and fry the onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and tomato paste.

  4. Add the spices: garam masala, black pepper, and turmeric.

  5. Add the tomato sauce and salt, and let it cook for 3 minutes.

  6. Add the sausages and cook for 2 minutes.

  7. Add the eggs, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.

  8. Garnish with green pepper and serve.
