How to make Quick Meal with Smoked Sausages
Slice the smoked sausages.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan, add the sausages, and fry until golden brown.
In a separate saucepan, heat the remaining vegetable oil and fry the onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and tomato paste.
Add the spices: garam masala, black pepper, and turmeric.
Add the tomato sauce and salt, and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Add the sausages and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the eggs, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish with green pepper and serve.
