How to make Zomkom (Millet Drink)
Preparation Steps
Soak the millet in water for a few hours.
Drain the millet and blend it with ginger, black pepper corns, cloves, dried chili, coconut, and dates.
Add water to the blended mixture and strain it to obtain a smooth drink.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Tips & Tricks
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or fewer dates.
For a spicier drink, increase the amount of dried chili.
