Wholesome Oat Cake recipe

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2cup
    oats
  • 1cup
    dates
  • 1tsp
    baking powder
  • 1tsp
    cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • 1cup
    milk
  • 1tbsp
    vanilla extract

How to make Wholesome Oat Cake

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the oats, dates, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  3. In another bowl, mix the milk and vanilla extract.

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

Baking

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can substitute the dates with honey for a different flavor.
