Ingredients

(1 serving = 4 nuggets)

Chicken Nuggets

  • 500g
    chicken breast
  • 1cup
    whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1tsp
    onion powder
  • 1tsp
    paprika
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 1tsp
    black pepper

How to make Weightloss Friendly Chicken Nuggets

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a bowl, combine the whole wheat breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cooking

  1. Coat each piece of chicken with olive oil.

  2. Roll the chicken pieces in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.

  3. Place the coated chicken nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For extra crunch, you can spray the nuggets with a little cooking spray before baking.

  2. Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
