    rice flour
  • 1cup
    water

    salt

How to make Tubani

Preparation of Tubani

  1. In a bowl, mix the rice flour and salt.

  2. Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.

  3. Allow the batter to rest for about 10 minutes.

Cooking Tubani

  1. Heat a steamer or a pot with water.

  2. Pour the batter into a greased steaming tray.

  3. Place the tray in the steamer and cover.

  4. Steam for about 15-20 minutes or until firm.

  5. Remove from the steamer and let it cool slightly before slicing.
