How to make Tubani
Preparation of Tubani
In a bowl, mix the rice flour and salt.
Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.
Allow the batter to rest for about 10 minutes.
Cooking Tubani
Heat a steamer or a pot with water.
Pour the batter into a greased steaming tray.
Place the tray in the steamer and cover.
Steam for about 15-20 minutes or until firm.
Remove from the steamer and let it cool slightly before slicing.
Tips & Tricks
You can add spices or herbs to the batter for extra flavor.
Serve with a dipping sauce or chutney for added taste.
