How to make Tigernut and Ginger Drink
Preparation Steps
Soak the tigernuts in water for several hours or overnight.
Drain the tigernuts and blend them with fresh ginger and water until smooth.
Strain the mixture to separate the liquid from the pulp.
Add honey to the strained liquid and mix well.
If desired, add a pinch of dry chili pepper for extra spice.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Tips & Tricks
Adjust the amount of ginger and chili pepper to suit your taste.
