How to make Tigernut and Ginger Drink

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the tigernuts in water for several hours or overnight.

  2. Drain the tigernuts and blend them with fresh ginger and water until smooth.

  3. Strain the mixture to separate the liquid from the pulp.
