How to make Sobolo (Zobo) Drink

Preparation Steps

  1. In a pot, combine the dried hibiscus leaves, pineapple peel, and water.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to simmer for about 30 minutes.

  3. After simmering, remove from heat and let it cool.

  4. Strain the mixture to remove the hibiscus leaves and pineapple peel.

  5. Add sugar, grated ginger, and cloves to the strained liquid and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
