How to make Smoked Mackerel Pepper Rice
Cooking Instructions
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
Stir in the bell peppers and cook for a few minutes.
Add the rinsed rice and stir to coat with the oil and vegetables.
Pour in water, add salt, black pepper, and paprika, then bring to a boil.
