    rice

    smoked mackerel
  • 1cup
    bell peppers
  • 1cup
    onions
  • 2clove
    garlic
  • 1tbsp
    vegetable oil

    black pepper
  • 1tsp
    paprika

How to make Smoked Mackerel Pepper Rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  2. In a pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

  3. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.

  4. Stir in the bell peppers and cook for a few minutes.

  5. Add the rinsed rice and stir to coat with the oil and vegetables.

  6. Pour in water, add salt, black pepper, and paprika, then bring to a boil.

  7. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked.

  8. Once cooked, flake the smoked mackerel and gently fold it into the rice.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
