    yellow mustard
  • 1cup
    lemon juice
  • 1cup
    white vinegar
  • 3tbsp
    honey
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 2tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1cup
    evaporated milk
  • 2tbsp
    parsley
  • 1tbsp
    thyme
  • 1tbsp
    black pepper
  • 500mL
    vegetable oil

How to make Salad Dressing

Preparation Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, mustard, lemon juice, white vinegar, honey, salt, and brown sugar.

  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.

  3. Slowly add the evaporated milk while continuing to whisk.

  4. Gradually pour in the vegetable oil while whisking to emulsify the dressing.

  5. Add the parsley, thyme, and black pepper, and mix well.

  6. Taste and adjust the sweetness with more honey if desired.

  7. Transfer the dressing to a bottle and store it in the refrigerator.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For a smaller batch, divide the ingredients by two.

  2. This dressing can last for almost two weeks in the fridge.
