Ingredients
Marinade
- 500ggoat meat
- 1tbspsalt
- 1tbspbouillon
- 2clovegarlic
- 1pieceonion
- 1inginger
- 2piecehabaneros
Soup Base
- 200ggroundnut paste
- 100gtomato paste
- 2piecefresh tomatoes
How to make Quick Groundnut Soup
Preparation
Marinate the goat meat with salt, bouillon, garlic, onion, ginger, and habaneros. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
In a pot, add the marinated goat meat and enough water to cover it. Cook until the meat is tender.
Once the meat is cooked, add the groundnut paste and tomato paste to the pot.
Chop the fresh tomatoes and add them to the pot. Stir well to combine.
Allow the soup to simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Tips & Tricks
For a smoother soup, blend the mixture before serving.
Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer habaneros.
