Ingredients

  • 1cup
    all-purpose flour
  • 1tbsp
    sugar
  • 1tsp
    yeast
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1cup
    water
  • 1cup
    oil for frying

How to make Puff Puff

Preparation of Dough

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

  2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms.

  3. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Frying

  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over low heat.

  2. Once the oil is hot, scoop small portions of the dough and carefully drop them into the oil.

  3. Fry until golden brown on all sides, making sure to maintain a low heat to avoid soaking the buns in oil.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the oil is at the right temperature to prevent the buns from absorbing too much oil.
