- 300gtripes
Marinade
- 2clovegarlic
- 1pieceonion
- 1tbspginger
- 1tbspmixed herb spices
Seasoning
- 1tspblack pepper
- 1tspcayenne pepper
- 1tspsalt
- 1tbspseasoning
- 2tbsptomato paste
How to make Pepper Soup
Preparation
Marinate the goat meat, beef, and tripe with garlic, onion, ginger, and mixed herb spices.
Allow the meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
In a large pot, add the marinated meat and enough water to cover it.
Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
Add black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, seasoning, and tomato paste.
Cook until the meat is tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Tips & Tricks
Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of cayenne pepper.
