Meat

  • 500g
    goat meat
  • 500g
    beef
  • 300g
    tripes

Marinade

  • 2clove
    garlic
  • 1piece
    onion
  • 1tbsp
    ginger
  • 1tbsp
    mixed herb spices

Seasoning

  • 1tsp
    black pepper
  • 1tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 1tbsp
    seasoning
  • 2tbsp
    tomato paste

How to make Pepper Soup

Preparation

  1. Marinate the goat meat, beef, and tripe with garlic, onion, ginger, and mixed herb spices.

  2. Allow the meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  1. In a large pot, add the marinated meat and enough water to cover it.

  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.

  3. Add black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, seasoning, and tomato paste.

  4. Cook until the meat is tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of cayenne pepper.
