How to make Kookon Baga with Tamarind Juice
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the meat and cook until browned.
Stir in the spices and salt, mixing well.
Pour in the tamarind juice and water, bringing the mixture to a boil.
Add the rice, reduce the heat, and cover the pot.
Simmer until the rice is cooked and has absorbed the liquid.
