    meat (chicken or beef)

    oil

    spices (your choice)

How to make Kookon Baga with Tamarind Juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.

  2. Add the meat and cook until browned.

  3. Stir in the spices and salt, mixing well.

  4. Pour in the tamarind juice and water, bringing the mixture to a boil.

  5. Add the rice, reduce the heat, and cover the pot.

  6. Simmer until the rice is cooked and has absorbed the liquid.
