  • 1cup
    bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)
  • 1cup
    carrots
  • 1cup
    onions
  • 3clove
    garlic (minced)
  • 2cup
    fresh tomatoes and peppers (blended or chopped)

Others

  • 50g
    salted butter
  • 2tbsp
    oil
  • 2cup
    basmati rice

How to make Jambalaya Rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the oil and butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the chicken and sausages, cooking until browned.

  3. Stir in the onions, garlic, and bell peppers, cooking until softened.

  4. Add the spices and mix well to coat the meat and vegetables.

  5. Incorporate the fresh tomatoes and peppers, cooking for a few minutes.

  6. Add the basmati rice and stir to combine.

  7. Pour in enough water to cover the rice, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the rice is cooked.
