    thyme
  • 1tsp
    onion powder

    chicken breast
  • 1cup
    squash
  • 1cup
    red bell pepper
  • 1cup
    yellow bell pepper
  • 1cup
    green bell pepper
  • 1cup
    chopped tomatoes
  • 1cup
    carrots
  • 1tsp
    chili flakes
  • 1tsp
    black pepper
  • 1tsp
    white pepper
  • 1tbsp
    parsley flakes

How to make Healthy Chicken Breast Soup

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.

  2. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent.

  3. Stir in the thyme, onion powder, and other herb spices.

  4. Add the chicken breast to the pot and cook until browned.

  5. Add the squash, bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, and carrots to the pot.

  6. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.

  7. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through.

  8. Season with chili flakes, black pepper, and white pepper.

  9. Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.

  10. Finish with parsley flakes before serving.
