- 2piecechicken breast
- 1cupsquash
- 1cupred bell pepper
- 1cupyellow bell pepper
- 1cupgreen bell pepper
- 1cupchopped tomatoes
- 1cupcarrots
- 1tspchili flakes
- 1tspblack pepper
- 1tspwhite pepper
- 1tbspparsley flakes
How to make Healthy Chicken Breast Soup
Preparation
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent.
Stir in the thyme, onion powder, and other herb spices.
Add the chicken breast to the pot and cook until browned.
Add the squash, bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, and carrots to the pot.
Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
Season with chili flakes, black pepper, and white pepper.
Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
Finish with parsley flakes before serving.
