    grains of Celine
  • 1cup
    spices
  • 4cups
    water

How to make Hausa Beer

Preparation

  1. Simmer the grains of Celine in water for about 30 minutes.

  2. After simmering, remove the grains from the water.

  3. Blend the spices with the remaining water until smooth.

  4. Combine the blended mixture with the strained water from the grains.

  5. Allow the mixture to cool before serving.
