How to make Fried Rice
Cooking the Rice
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a pot, combine the rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
Cook for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
Preparing the Fried Rice
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil and olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions, bell peppers, chili, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
Add the cooked rice and sausages to the skillet. Stir in the curry and parsley flakes.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently to combine all ingredients.
Tips & Tricks
Feel free to add any other vegetables you have on hand.
For extra flavor, consider adding soy sauce or a splash of lime juice.
