Dry Ingredients

  • 240g
    All Purpose Flour
  • 50g
    Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 30g
    Sugar
  • 5tsp
    Baking Powder
  • 5tsp
    Baking Soda
  • 1dash
    Nonpareils

How to make Chocolate Muffin

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

  2. In a bowl, mix the wet ingredients together until well combined.

  3. In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

  5. Pour the batter into muffin tins and add your choice of toppings.
