    salted beef

How to make Bussin Braised Rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  2. In a pot, heat the oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the salted beef and cook until browned.

  4. Stir in the grated ginger and cook for an additional minute.

  5. Add the rinsed rice to the pot and stir to combine.

  6. Pour in the water, and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover.
