How to make Air-Fried Plantain Chips
Preparation
Peel the semi-ripe plantains and slice them thinly.
In a bowl, toss the plantain slices with coconut oil and salt until evenly coated.
Cooking
Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place the plantain slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 10 minutes or until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
Tips & Tricks
For extra flavor, you can add spices such as paprika or garlic powder before air frying.
