- 200gSalt
- 2tbspFennel seeds
- 1tbspKalonji (Nigella seeds)

- 200gSugar or jaggery or jaggery powder

How to make Zero Oil Punjabi Khatta Meetha Amb da Achaar
Preparation
Wash and cut the raw mangoes into cubes, removing the seeds.
Sun dry the mango cubes for 3-4 hours.
Mixing
Mix the dried mango cubes with salt, fennel seeds, kalonji, fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and sugar or jaggery.
Storage
Transfer the mixture to a glass jar.
Keep the jar in sunlight for a week to allow the flavors to develop.
