Salad Ingredients

  • 2cups
    boiled and drained red beans (rajma)
  • 1piece
    apple, chopped
  • 1piece
    peach, chopped
  • 1piece
    cucumber, chopped
  • 1piece
    beetroot, chopped
  • 1piece
    tomato, chopped
  • 1piece
    onion, chopped
  • 1piece
    capsicum, chopped
  • 1cup
    broccoli, chopped
  • 1cup
    cottage cheese, cubed
  • 1bundle
    coriander, chopped
  • 1cup
    spinach, chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1pinch
    rock salt
  • 1pinch
    black pepper powder
  • 1tbsp
    honey
  • 2tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1tbsp
    vinegar

How to make Yummy Chatpata Red Beans Salad

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine the boiled and drained red beans with the chopped apple, peach, cucumber, beetroot, tomato, onion, capsicum, broccoli, cottage cheese, coriander, and spinach.

  2. Add a pinch of rock salt and black pepper powder to the salad.

  3. Drizzle honey, olive oil, and vinegar over the salad.

  4. Mix all the ingredients well to ensure they are evenly coated with the dressing.

  5. Refrigerate the salad for a few minutes before serving.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For added flavor, you can include a squeeze of lemon juice.

  2. Feel free to add or substitute any fruits or vegetables based on your preference.
