How to make Wheat Daliya/Upma
Cooking Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
Add all the vegetables and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add spices and cook for a minute.
Add daliya and cook for 2 minutes.
Add water, cover, and cook on low heat until the water evaporates.

Ensure the daliya is dry roasted for better flavor.
Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
