Vrat Wala Cheese Tomato (No Onion No Garlic)

A delicious paneer dish perfect for Navratri, made without onion and garlic.

Ingredients

- 1 1/2tbspdesi ghee
- 1tspcumin seeds
- 1tbspgrated ginger
- 1tspchopped green chillies
- 1 1/2cupfresh tomato puree
- 1tspsalt
- 1tspdegi mirch
- 300gpaneer cubes
- 2tbspfresh cream or malai or cashew paste
- 1cupmilk
- 2tbspchopped coriander
How to make Vrat Wala Cheese Tomato (No Onion No Garlic)
Cooking Instructions
Heat desi ghee in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add grated ginger and chopped green chillies. Sauté for a minute.
Pour in the fresh tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
Add salt and degi mirch. Mix well.
Add paneer cubes and stir gently to coat them with the tomato mixture.
Add fresh cream, malai, or cashew paste, and mix well.
Pour in the milk and let it simmer for a few minutes until the gravy thickens.
Garnish with chopped coriander before serving.
Tips & Tricks
For a richer taste, use cashew paste instead of cream.
Adjust the amount of green chillies according to your spice preference.
